📦 Production & Processing
All SevenStarsSwords are crafted in our workshop in China. Most of our swords are made to order and go through a detailed process including forging, heat treatment, grinding, polishing, assembly, and final inspection.
Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
💰 Shipping Fee
Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of swords, international shipping costs are significantly higher than standard parcels.
Current Flat Rate: $79 USD
This shipping cost is determined and collected by logistics carriers, not by us.
We do not charge any packaging or handling fees — all packing and preparation are provided free of charge.
The shipping fee reflects:
- international carrier pricing
- oversized package handling
- export logistics coordination
- international air freight costs
📊 Shipping Cost Adjustments
International shipping costs are influenced by global logistics conditions.
Due to recent fluctuations in international markets and rising fuel prices, shipping rates may change over time.
As a result:
- shipping fees may increase or decrease depending on carrier pricing
- we will adjust rates accordingly if conditions improve
Our priority is to ensure safe and reliable delivery under changing global conditions.
✈️ International Shipping Route
To ensure stable and secure delivery for long and sensitive items such as swords,
we use a specialized international logistics route with transit through Korea.
This method has been refined through experience and provides improved reliability and customs clearance success.
Shipping Process
- Your sword is completed and inspected inside China
- The item is securely packaged
- The shipment is routed through our export logistics system
- The package is transferred to Korea
- It is processed in a regulated logistics facility
- UPS Korea collects the package and activates tracking
- The package is shipped via international air freight (typically 2–3 days)
- Final delivery is completed by UPS or the local carrier, different countries may lead to longer processing time
⏱️ Tracking & Delivery Timeline
- Transit before tracking activation: typically ~7 days
- Air shipping after UPS pickup: 2–3 days
- Final delivery: depends on destination country
Tracking is usually activated within ~7 days after dispatch, and the whole transit period usually remains within 14 days.
Before tracking becomes active, the package is already in transit within the logistics system.
⚠️ Possible Delays
International shipping may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- warehouse congestion
- limited flight capacity
- seasonal demand
- customs processing
- fuel-related adjustments
If delays occur, your shipment is still moving through the system and will update once processed by the carrier.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws before placing an order.
Swords may be restricted in certain countries, states, or regions.
By placing an order, you （the buyer）agree that:
- you are legally allowed to import the item
- you are responsible for customs clearance
- you will pay any applicable duties, VAT, or taxes
We （the seller）are not responsible for:
- customs delays
- import restrictions
- confiscated items due to local regulations
📦 Shipping Responsibility
Once a package has been handed over to the logistics provider:
- the shipment is managed by international carriers and local delivery services
- risk of loss and delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping system
However, we will always assist you if any issue arises.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your shipment experiences:
- delays
- tracking issues
- damage
- Please contact us.
We will assist by:
- checking shipment status
- communicating with the carrier
- providing documentation if needed
Please note that final decisions are made by carriers and customs authorities.
